About the Role
We are looking for a CPQ/CLM Administrator to design, build, and maintain CPQ and CLM configurations using Conga. This role is critical to ensuring smooth business processes and supporting strategic projects across the organization.
The main purpose of the Sales Operations function is to increase salesforce efficiency by centralizing administrative activities and delivering them as a service to the sales team, while ensuring reporting tools and systems are adequate and optimized to support sales activities.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Configure and maintain CPQ and CLM systems on Conga.
• Collaborate with product leaders and cross-functional teams on priority projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure system stability.
• Support governance and best practices across multiple Salesforce instances.
💡 What You’ll Bring
• Hands-on experience with CPQ and CLM configurations (Conga preferred).
• Strong understanding of CPQ/CLM processes: product configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration with CPQ systems.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
