About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of CRM administration and GTM operations. You will be the go-to person for everything Salesforce — ensuring our CRM is clean, efficient, and built to scale with the business. You'll work closely with Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do
- Own Salesforce end-to-end — design custom fields, flows, automations, integrations and reporting.
- Manage and track CRM projects from requirements gathering through to delivery
- Define and document sales processes and ensure they are implemented effectively in Salesforce
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive data-informed decisions across the GTM org
- Maintain data hygiene and governance, ensuring clean and reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) functions like Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and conversion tracking.
What we are looking for
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong hands-on Salesforce skills - able to build objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports independently.
- Prior Certification in Salesforce — is a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects independently or as a key contributor
- Experience working with GTM functions (Sales, Growth, Marketing & CS) is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Prior experience working with B2B SaaS orgs.
