ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our fast-growing team and help build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our customer engagement, sales, and service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate evolving business needs into robust Salesforce applications that enable efficient workflows and informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to understand business requirements and CRM needs.
• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing interfaces and workflows tailored to business operations.
• Create detailed project timelines, development goals, and documentation for key features and enhancements.
• Perform application testing to ensure performance, stability, and security of developed solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and documentation to internal users and team members.
• Maintain the integrity of Salesforce data and support the integration of third-party tools and APIs.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new features.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and application development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience developing and customizing customer-facing interfaces within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of development tools like MavensMate, Eclipse, or Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in additional technologies such as JavaScript, MySQL, or other relevant languages.
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Administrator.
• Experience working with Healthcare CRM use cases or HIPAA-compliant Salesforce implementations.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and source control (e.g., Git).
• Experience working in early-stage startups or dynamic, fast-paced environments.
