We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive end-to-end business process knowledge and the flexibility to work on both enhancement and support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and service.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
- Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality, and optimized response times.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
- Knowledge of sales processes such as Order Management & Billing in Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce certifications are preferred.
