Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Configuration and Support:
• Implement configuration changes to existing Salesforce objects.
• Provide Level 3 support for Salesforce-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive problem-solving measures.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day processes.
 

Development:
• Develop customized Salesforce product solutions.
• Write and maintain documentation and provide technical training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project needs and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrates a good understanding of Apex coding, Visualforce pages, Lightning Flexi Pages, and SOQL.
• Has experience with Salesforce configuration, including triggers, flows, approval processes, and automation features.
• Is proficient in using tools like Workbench, Data Loader, and Inspector.
• Experience with ticketing tools like Remedy force, ServiceNow, Jira, and CSM management.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Process and Quality:
• Adhere to ITIL processes and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications in lower environments.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and unit testing practices.
• Deliver high-quality work within projected timelines and SLAs.
• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.
• Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

Qualifications:
• 3-8 years of experience in Salesforce, ideally in a support and development environment.
• Salesforce certification in DEV, Administration, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of Web Service APIs for integration purposes.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques to improve the speed and efficiency of Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
