Lead QA for Salesforce projects owning test strategy and execution. Coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing. Define quality metrics, manage defects, oversee test-case creation and automation strategy, and ensure requirements traceability with BAs and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution plan
- Coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing efforts
- Define quality metrics and ensure defect management tracking
- Oversee test case creation and automation strategy (if applicable)
- Work with BAs and developers to ensure requirements traceability
Requirements:
- 6+ years QA experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce projects
- Experience in testing CPQ configurations and pricing scenarios
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail)
- Excellent documentation and team coordination skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator/ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications are preferred.
- ISTQB/TOSCA Certifications would be a plus.
