The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein) is required.


  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead projects involving Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein).


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Certinia, Provus, FinancialForce, SFDC, and Tableau CRM (Einstein) is required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
