Requirements:
Experience working with Salesforce Technology.
Develop, lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.
Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.
Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.
Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks
Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.
Work closely on the deadlines of the project and Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.
Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Should be doing hands on and able to identify bugs and issues.
Salesforce Admin certification
Preferences:
Automation testing
BA experience in any capacity.
Salesforce Sales cloud certification
Salesforce Administrator experience
