Job Description

SAP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, are completed on time, and stay within budget. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic goals..

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation through completion.
• Accountable for managing SAP projects within defined time, scope quality, and cost constraints
• Must be able to manage customer independently, exposure to work with GCC (Global CompetencyCenters) and local customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, partners, and SAP business units
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project demands.
• Ensure that SAP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Oversee testing and validation processes to confirm the successful implementation of SAP modules.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Ensure the project’s readiness for audit which includes to assure projects are govern by processes, projects & team adhere to processes defined and all risks are addressed

Must Have skills:

• Hands on experience & broad understanding of SAP & it’s portfolio
• Expertise in one of the SAP Domain, preferably in SAP MM, PP & QM
• Experience of Manufacturing industry & Manufacturing domain
• Strong communications skills (including with approach senior level Executives and Managing Directors)
• Work with autonomy and proactivity
• Focus on details and self-driven
• Excellent time management and tasks prioritization
• Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed
• Quick to adapt, able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments
• Familiar to Agile/SAFe

Total Experience Expected: 12-15 years

Qualifications

SAP Project Management with atleast 12 years of Exp
