Job Description
We have immediate openings for Lead S4 Hana FICO Consultant with Cash Management for Allstate India, an US based Insurance Company. The SAP FICO consultant will be responsible for the design, development, testing & support for FICO to meet the business needs of Allstate.- 10+ years of SAP FICO with very good hands-on experience on FICO (Finance & Controlling) -GL, Cash Management, AP, AR, Tax, Asset Accounting, Controlling.
- Should have experience & knowledge on Cash Management and Intercompany process.
- Hands on experience in S4 Hana Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) primarily in the area of but not limited to Bank Account Management, Cash Management, Cash Concentration process, Treasury wire payments including DME, Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)
- Should have very good analytical and communication skills
- Should have prepared Functional Specification documentations
- Should have good experience in interfaces
- Perform Issues/problems analysis and provide solutions for FICO sub modules
- Support production configuration and assist in change requests
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills

Sets and executes team strategy, including objectives, plans and policies for area of responsibility so as to develop and deliver innovative solutions and systems in support of Enterprise goals. Communicates strategy to the team so they understand their role in achieving the established goals. Works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. Makes decisions that have an impact on quality or effectiveness of business activities beyond their immediate team. Initiates and implements continuous improvements in all areas of IT responsibility. Anticipates issues and develops preventive measures. Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and contributes to Allstate business and functional strategy

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in SAP as a consultant and minimum 4 years in S4 Hana / FICO.
