Required Skills & Qualifications
•3–6+ years of experience as an SAP HANA Cloud Developer (Non-Native HANA).
•Excellent SQL skills, including advanced query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.
•Strong experience in procedure programming (SQLScript / procedural logic).
•Good understanding of relational data modeling and cloud-based data architecture.
•Experience with SAP BTP, HDI containers, and SAP HANA Cloud tooling (e.g., SAP Business Application Studio) preferred.
•Familiarity with integration concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data provisioning techniques.
•Strong analytical and debugging skills.
•Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and optimize database objects in SAP HANA Cloud, including tables, views, calculation views, procedures, and functions.
•Write high-performance, complex SQL queries to support business requirements, data analysis, and application development.
•Develop and maintain procedures and scripted logic to support ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes.
•Collaborate with data architects, functional teams, and application developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and compliance with HANA Cloud best practices.
•Troubleshoot SQL/procedure issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
•Support deployment, testing, and validation within SAP HANA Cloud environments.
•Maintain documentation for data models, objects, and technical processes.
