We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Support Analyst to join our Supply Chain Technology team. The role focuses on providing technical and functional support for our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 technical support for SAP IBP modules including Supply, Demand, Inventory, and S&OP
- Monitor and maintain system performance, stability, and availability
- Configure and optimize planning models, key figures, and master data
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems
- Support end-users with IBP-related queries and provide training
- Manage system updates, patches, and enhancement implementations
- Support monthly S&OP process and related planning activities
- Participate in enhancement projects and new functionality implementations
- SAP IBP certification
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Knowledge of Python or R for planning algorithms
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience in supply chain planning tools and processes
- Strong background in Excel modeling and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Adaptability and quick learning ability
- Process-oriented with attention to detail
