Position Summary:
This person is responsible for developing and supporting the operations of the SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite (BTP) Modules. This person will also act as a subject enhancement related to SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite.
Supervisory Responsibilities.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis, design, and transfer of business requirements in SAP PIPO and Integration Suite
- Significant contribution in architecting solutions, working independently, as part of an internal team, or working with third-party.
- Development of integration objects at all levels on SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration including new objects and enhancements
- Development of training material, configuration and process documentation and organization of training courses
- Preparing system documentation for existing and new interfaces.
- Proactively monitor the PI/PO and Cloud Integration production systems ensuring availability of interfaces and supporting data.
- Supporting global interfaces for multiple business areas including finance, HR, sales, and supply chain and manufacturing
- Improvement and maintenance of system landscape to include rollout and upgrades.
- Reviewing project requests describing user needs for estimating time and cost required to implement/accomplish project requirement, Maintenance, testing and deployment of integration/interface objects.
- Working as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
- Identifying and evaluating industry trends to serve as a source of information and advice for upper management.
- Conducting detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMES
- Supporting/developing functional and technical specification according to business requirements and DigITal /IT strategy
- Suggesting options and recommending g solutions to critical business users
- Troubleshooting and debugging functional issues and developing/supporting issue resolutions
- Revision of company definition of data as defined in the data dictionary.
- Collaboration with global centers of excellence for the respective technology tower
- Working with vendor project teams on implementation projects
- Provide Level 2 & Level 3 end-to-end support for PI/PO and Cloud Integration interfaces.
