Job Description:
Primary Skills/Requirements
- 14+ years of SAP experience with 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in S/4HANA.
- Expertise in:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing Procedures
- Billing and Invoicing
- Customer Master Data
- Output Determination
- Returns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
- Understanding of IDoc processing, RFCs, and EDI in SD/LE scenarios.
- Strong process understanding of OTC lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
- Configure SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Contracts.
- Good to have experience in integration or support in Logistics Execution (LE) components such as Outbound Deliveries, Shipping, and Transportation.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, EWM, TM, and Technical Teams for seamless end-to-end process delivery.
Participate in data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
