The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
At Solventum, we’re transforming the digital customer experience, and we’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead our Marketing Technology team. Focused on delivering exceptional .com experiences, you will play a key role in driving Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital marketing projects.
As Scrum Master, you will:
· Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews) to ensure Agile processes are followed.
· Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver business-critical .com experiences.
· Remove blockers, facilitate communication, and ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time.
· Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
· Monitor team progress through metrics and drive continuous improvement.
· Support the team in integrating tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to enhance the digital experience.
Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, you need:
· 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
· Experience working on digital marketing projects and delivering .com experiences.
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
· Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
· ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
