We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Scrum Master to play a pivotal role in building a new strategic multi-year technology platform for vehicle forecasting. This role requires technical leadership and Agile delivery expertise skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach multiple cross-functional agile teams in the development and delivery of software solutions.

- Manage project timelines and ensure timely and quality delivery of software releases.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to prioritize and refine product backlogs.

- Remove impediments and ensure the team's progress towards sprint goals.

- Conduct training sessions on agile frameworks and tools.

- Focus on team velocity and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience as a scrum master.

- 2 years of proven experience with User Interface development.

- 2 years of proven experience with data pipelines and advanced analytics leveraging cloud native implementations. AWS services experience is a big plus.

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

- Ability to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.

- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
