Requirements
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient TypeScript/JavaScript-based frontend applications
- Implement complex UI features including real-time response streaming, intelligent search interfaces, and conversational chat experiences
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and agentic workflows into user-friendly interfaces
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and reusability
- Develop frontend utilities for authentication, server-side rendering, state management, and API integrations
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Stay updated on frontend technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices
Required Technical Skills
1-3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for responsive, modern UI development
Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar)
Strong experience with REST APIs and optimizing data flows for performance.
Expertise in implementing pixel-perfect designs from Figma/design tools and managing comprehensive component libraries.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with different design systems, AI tools, etc.
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from reputed institutions (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT or equivalent ranked universities)
- Demonstrable portfolio of web applications or open-source contributions
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in high-paced, dynamic environments
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
