You will work closely with founders to build features, tools, and scalable architecture for Dyte. As with any startup, responsibilities will vary frequently. You’ll wear multiple hats, and work across many different technologies, might talk to clients directly and have an active say in the direction of our product. We want someone who is passionate about this type of environment!
What you'll do:
• Work closely with the founders and the team to plan, design, and build the core functionality, APIs, and features of Dyte's audio, video and chat SDKs.
• Build prototypes to explore new cutting-edge features, integrations and improvements around WebRTC.
• Help design and develop the next iteration of our call observability platform (https://dyte.io/blog/dyte-webrtc-call-stats/).
• Build new customisable UI components and Identify opportunities for optimising the memory & CPU performances of existing ones.
• Build sample web apps showcasing Dyte's customisation capabilities across frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue & so on.
• Communicate & follow up with other members of the development teams, as well as designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality SDK releases on schedule.
• Ensure that our customer's experience is the best it can be. You might have to interact with the dev team of our clients.
• Expand and enrich the existing collection of usage guides to showcase new functionalities and features of our SDKs.
- Furthermore, participate in the company's knowledge sharing initiatives by crafting informative blog posts covering topics such as WebRTC, SDK best practices, and other technical subjects.
Who you are:
• You are intensely curious and passionate about exploring and diving deep into multiple technologies, platforms, and problem spaces, even if they are currently unfamiliar.
• You have extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, Angular, and Vue.
• You are skilled at developing and debugging APIs, and have experience with SDK development.
• You are experienced in prototyping new features and integrating cutting-edge technologies.
• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members, designers, QA engineers, and client development teams.
• You have a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable code and ensuring the best possible customer experience.
