Engineering @ JioCinemaOur engineering team defines the technical architecture and drives itself to build systems that serve billions of requests per day, cosmic scales of video content streamed every day, with ultra-low latency design and high reliability. We make sure every bite of video content gets to millions of viewers, at the highest quality possible. What You’ll Do:
- Develop detailed design specifications, unit test plans, and high-quality code.
- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
- Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
- Work with the team through the entire development cycle, from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions.
- Application Performance tune-up, production bug fixes and active participation in deployment.
- Working in Scrum framework following Agile Methodologies.
Who should apply:
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with Frontend technologies.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript - React JS.
- Must have experience in developing application using Server-Driven UI.
- Developed applications in a microservice architecture.
- Evidence of working with existing systems and learning new codebases.
- Should have experience using any data analytics tool.
- Exposure to A/B testing.
