Bright has launched an AI money assistant and AI agentic UX flows for access to credit. It will be the first AI-driven Consumer FinTech for middle-income consumers.

Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientists (Varun Modi and Avi Patchava). The core team is ex-InMobi Engineering and Data Sciences, recently joined by senior leaders from McKinsey. Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, Test and Deploy scalable components for Bright's Smart Banking Platform in Django / Python
Develop Smart Algorithms and Sub Systems for Lending and Financial Communications to the User
Come up with quick and simple design solutions to complex engineering problems
Required Skill:
performance, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans.
Conduct periodic and ad-hoc analysis across user acquisition activities, make strategic recommendations about where to allocate investments across marketing channels.
Up level team’s own data skills, democratize access to marketing data, and be an advocate for an increased adoption for in-house data tools.

Some previous experience in Python based framework
Experience with developing upon Relational or NoSQL Databases at scale.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
