Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated SDET to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. This role requires ability to design, implement and maintain automated test solutions. In addition, also required to assist in regression and feature testing by both manual and automaton. The SDET member should be good at critical thinking and have a problem solving mind
*Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation,execute and maintenance of automated test scripts using Java, PlayWright
- Perform manual testing when required to ensure full coverage.
- Able to test using both desktop and mobile devices and write automation scripts for both.
- Log and document bugs in the tracking system.
- Continuously improve the test automation framework and tools
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ yrs.
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools(postman, JIRA), and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools for at least 3 years (Java, PlayWright, Allure, Maven)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, git)
- Experience with both front-end and back-end testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail, patience, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude .
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
