Performance Objectives

• Coordinates accounting functions and programs.
• Prepares financial analyses and reports.
• Prepares revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
• Assists with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Maintains and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assists with annual audit preparations.
• Investigates and resolves audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Prepares federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
• Contributes to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Collaborates with internal employees and cross-functional teams to support accounting, reporting, and operational needs.
• Maintains and supports ERP and T&E systems, including system integrity, user access, and process optimization.
• Trains teammates on processes and functions within the department.
• Performs other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Competitive Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree from a three or four-year college or university
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work evening shifts starting 3 PM IST
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
• Advanced financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Sage Intacct.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
