Key Responsibilities- Handle General Ledger & Month-End Closing activities.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Manage Payroll Accounting, Income Journals & Sales Tax activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and submissions for management/client.
- Identify and resolve unreconciled and aged items.
- Prepare error trackers and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Monitor assigned preparers and track performance/KPIs.
- Communicate regularly with clients through calls and emails.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting activities.
