As the Senior Accountant for selected legal entities across international regions, yours will be a key role
responsible for Day-to-day Book-keeping and Accounting for AA Inc’s subsidiaries. This role reports to the Regional
Accounting Manager. The role includes managing activities in R2R and P2P domain including but not limited to
day-to-day general ledger, payroll accounting activities, accounts payable accounting activities, bank payments,
prepaids, Intercompany, Fixed asset accounting, the month-end close process etc.

Job Duties:

 Handle end to end accounting for international legal entities in the Asia/Africa/EU regions.
 Coordinate on a regular basis within country compliance and tax firms, and AA Inc Tax team, to ensure
timely filings for VAT /WHT (TDS) / CIT returns as applicable.
 Coordinate with International Payroll team to ensure accurate accounting for the monthly employee
payroll processing, and for off cycle payroll processing and timely accounting.
 Support manager in actively helping in achieving month end closing deadlines.
 Preparation and review of monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
 Analysis of key P&L accounts to ensure correct accounting for accruals and spends.
 Preparation of monthly Flux analysis and selective deep dive reviews to ensure compliance with global
accounting policies and US GAAP.
 Handling PBC requests timely for Statutory and Tax audits, and lead identified areas in the audits to
interact with the auditors.
 Identify and work with Automations/IT team to help build automation solutions for routine transactions
and also work on process improvements.
 Support the team management on multiple accounting and finance activities for local statutory
compliance and US GAAP as needed.

Qualification Required:

 CA (with 2-3 years) or CA Inter/ M. Com/ MBA (with 5-6 years) of progressive experience in Book-Keeping,
GL Accounting or worked as part of R2R operations.
 Worked on MIS reporting, GL Accounting, Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Statutory and other audits etc.
and similar other compliance, and controls experience.
 Experience with overseeing accounting, tax, and statutory requirement across multiple GAAPs/ international
regions is essential. Experience in SAAS Industry would be an added advantage.

Skills Required

This job requires the ability to work, adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment, working under deadlines,
and interacting with multiple contacts in different time zones. High sense of urgency, dedication, and the ability
to get things done fast is critical for this role. Additional requirements are:
 Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with familiarity in international GAAP as a plus.
Experienced in collaborating with auditors to ensure timely statutory and tax compliance.
 Adaptability and Collaboration: Adept at working in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities,
and partnering with cross-functional teams across time zones. Strong communication skills to keep others
informed of process progress and escalations
 Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficient in ERPs like Oracle and Workday, skilled in advanced Excel, with a
strong willingness to support automation initiatives.
 Process Improvement and Initiative: Proactive in identifying automation opportunities, driving operational
efficiency, and streamlining processes.
 Strong Work Ethic: Highly dedicated, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset, ensuring tasks are completed
with urgency and precision.
