REGIONAL ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Join us as our Regional Accounting Specialist to support in covering the accounting aspects and needs regarding Dedalus’s activity in Asia region and ANZ. This position will need to direct and monitor daily accounting tasks for several business units: support internal and external reporting processes.

You will play a key role in the financial processes of the business, providing the best service quality to business partners and stakeholders within the agreed service levels.
You will:
- Complete statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, withholding, and income tax.
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting.
- Support group reporting, financial consolidation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Enhance accounting systems, processes, and adherence to internal and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for seamless financial operations.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience, including 3-5 years in Statutory Audit within an international context.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and experience in preparing or reviewing Statutory Financial Statements.
- Proven expertise in month-end/quarter-end accounting close processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under time constraints and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with a major ERP system (Microsoft D365 Dynamics/Business Central preferred).
- Prior experience in an IT services provider, Big Four accounting firm, or a multinational group.
- Financial and business support experience.
