As a Senior Agile PM / Scrum master / RTE you’ll be responsible for transforming a product idea into actionable development projects.

What you’ll do

• Executes offer development projects in the business 
• Prepares and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets 
• Reports on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money 
• Manages the business case, acts as business partner focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.
• Ensures I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case. 
• Manages stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects 
• Represents the project team in the business and provides regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions 
• Leads multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Marketing 
• Contributes to the community of practice of I2M Project Managers KPI’sYou’ll plan and realize cross functional/domain software development activities in an agile team in close collaboration with hardware engineers
• You’ll represent the team and report status in scrum-of-scrums and overall product development projects
• You’ll organize resources to be used (people, time, budget)
• You’ll manage the risks of the project and develop scenarios to mitigate risks
• You’ll guide the team to adhere with agreed processes and continuously contribute in process improvements.
• Help with roadmap and portfolio planning.

Your qualifications

• Around 8-10 yrs working experience in Project management.
• You're a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe SSM, SAFe SASM or equivalent
• You've 3+ years of scrum master or relevant agile digital leadership experience.
• You've strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management and influencing skills.
• You're self-motivated, you've good communication skills and good team player
• Basic soft skills like people management, managing virtual, multi-cultural teams. 
• Entry level commercial skills (negotiating or subcontract management) and financial knowledge (building and maintaining simple business cases). 
• Experience in applying I2M knowledge with expertise in principles and practices across the I2M value chain.
• Very good communication skills, Very high attention to detail
• Critical opinion on documents and installations
