Role Overview
As a Senior AI Product Manager for our Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) platform, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core components that power the future of Artificial General Intelligence. Collaborating with engineering, research, UX, marketing, sales, and enterprise customers, you will drive the development of cutting-edge AGI solutions. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, technical complexity, and the ability to operationalize AGI products at scale while solving real-world, multidisciplinary problems.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & AGI Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap for AGI platform components.
- Align product priorities with the overarching vision for AGI development, ensuring progress toward generalized reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
- Anticipate future capabilities required to support AGI, such as model robustness, enterprise knowledge scalability, and AI safety alignment.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with research teams to integrate the latest advancements in AI/AGI (e.g., advanced reasoning, continual learning, multimodal capabilities) into production systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable infrastructure for deploying AGI models across heterogeneous environments.
- Work with user experience and ethics teams to address compelling AGI experiences for enterprise customers and responsible AGI deployment, aligning features with safety, and transparency standards.
Customer-Centric Innovation
- Engage with enterprise customers and AGI use-case pioneers to understand high-value, real-world applications of AGI (e.g., workflow automation, complex decision support, and autonomous agentic systems).
- Drive product features that balance performance, alignment, and user outcomes.
- Gather feedback from global markets to tailor solutions for industry adoption and build trust in AGI products.
Metrics & Scalability
- Define product KPIs to measure platform performance, alignment accuracy, model efficiency, and product-market fit for AGI components.
- Enable scalable model infrastructure that supports continuous experimentation and refinement of AGI models.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead customer onboarding for AGI-powered solutions, enabling seamless integration into enterprise workflows.
- Partner with marketing to demystify AGI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and position AGI solutions for enterprise leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2+ years delivering AI/ML or next-gen platform products.
- Prior experience in developing large-scale AI systems (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models, reinforcement learning agents) is highly valued.
Technical Acumen
- Strong grasp of advanced AI/AGI concepts: foundation models, RAG, agentic frameworks, self-supervised learning, and distributed inference.
- Familiarity with infrastructure for large-scale AGI development (e.g., cloud and hosted models, data integrations, edge deployments).
Leadership & Strategy
- Demonstrated ability to balance research rigor with productization needs, driving features from experimentation to enterprise deployment.
- Ability to influence senior technical leaders, AGI researchers, and C-level executives.
Soft Skills
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills to articulate AGI’s value proposition across diverse audiences.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities with a bias for action and iterative development.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
