Job Description- 15+ Years of Industry Experience in product development and system engineering for IMS, VoLTE, WebRTC, Unified Communication Solutions (UCS) or Intelligent Network (IN) domain – mainly on Call Processing-Signaling/Media on server side
- Expertise in product engineering, design and development of core network element for Carrier Grade, High Availability (HA) deployment in aforesaid domains
- Technical expertise at SME level in most of following technologies & standards: SIP, H.248, RTP, MSML, MOML, VoXML, MSCML, Transcoding, Media Streaming & Media Codecs
- Exceptional leadership capability to deal with and manage stakeholders including international customers (Operators, System Integrators & OEMs), Product Line Management (PLM), CTO, Engineering Management and Design & Development teams
- Exceptional communication skills on Verbal, Written & Business/Technical Presentation side
- Proven track record in innovation and thought leadership – Industry white papers, Patents & innovation disclosures
- Past experience in product development environment is a must
- Past experience in leading geographically distributed, highly experienced and accomplished System Engineering team
- Software Engineering expertise in C & C++ on Linux and Virtualization platforms.
- Expertise in software development tools, debugging tools, configuration management infrastructure and processes.
- Graduate/Post graduate/Doctorate in Computer Science, Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering with required level of experience
