Job Title: Senior Associate - HR (Recruiter)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, and the ability to drive hiring independently across various business functions.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on role fitment and organizational requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct HR screening and initial assessment of candidates.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closure of candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Handle hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, DevOps, UI/UX, and related technology positions.
- Understand technical skill sets, technologies, and hiring trends in the IT/Product/SaaS ecosystem.
- Coordinate with tech leadership teams for interview planning and hiring decisions.
- Handle hiring for non-technical/business roles such as HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Cataloguing, and Support functions.
- Assess candidates on communication, business understanding, cultural fit, and functional expertise.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, hiring quality, and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment handling both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Experience in startup/product/SaaS hiring is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics is an added advantage.
- Self-driven and ownership-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of market mapping and talent availability.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred.
