Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Claim Notification: Acknowledge and register claims once assigned.2. Document Validation: Validate the accuracy of documents based on an approved checklist.3. Claims Processing: Review and update personal claims register, and ensure claims are processed within the stipulated timeline.4. Fraud Detection: Identify suspicious claims and forward them to the Fraud & IP team for further investigation.5. Communication: Effectively communicate with claimants, project owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders.6. Settlement: Develop justification memos to support the processing of claims to settlement and upload them for approval.
