Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions integrating SAP systems using various SAP connectors (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP ECC).
- Design and implement data warehousing solutions on Azure, leveraging services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Integrate MYOB accounting software with Azure-based systems to streamline financial data processing and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure services and data pipelines.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience and proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with SAP connectors and integration scenarios, including SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, and SAP ECC
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing and implementing data warehouses on Azure.
- Familiarity with MYOB and its integration with other systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
- Experience with other cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
- Understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
