Responsibilities 

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Data solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights aligned with client objectives. 
• Lead client discussions to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions, clearly understanding both functional and strategic requirements. 
• Deliver deep analytical insights that go beyond surface-level reporting to drive measurable business value and informed decision-making. 
• Optimize and enhance existing dashboards, queries, and data architectures to improve performance, usability, and scalability. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs and project documentation with accuracy and timeliness. ● Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal governance standards. ● Operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple parallel engagements effectively. 

Experience and Qualifications 

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. 
• Strong understanding of data and data modelling, enabling the design of scalable, efficient, and business-aligned data architectures. 
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik. 
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, and Semantic Layer design. 
• Demonstrated ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders (business and technical), understand decision flows, and translate reporting needs into impactful insights. 
• Highly analytical mindset with proven capability to synthesize data into clear, compelling, and actionable recommendations. 
• Exposure to diverse domains such as BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing is an advantage. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights confidently to stakeholders. 

Good to Have 

• Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures.
• Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants. 
• Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions.
