About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant - Guidelines Writer.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Understand upcoming changes to our Product/Change operating environment
  • Obtain (when needed) walkthrough of the new tooling/reporting capabilities which will be supporting these changes
  • Develop a strategy of how our guidelines will need to be updated to support/document this change
  • Documenting the information (implications, approach, operational steps, tooling usage, etc.) needed into our guidelines to explain the new ways of working to our change community
  • Review drafted guideline changes with the Change Enablement Leaders for feedback and so that they understand the new guidelines before they begin to implement the changes into the impacted stakeholder community

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to interpret requirements, present options for meeting needs, and ultimately develop solution to their satisfaction
  • Lead meetings, drive agendas forward and empower decisions
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communications to the intended audience
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Balance multitasking with swift execution
  • strong communicator who can help us enhance our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Product Change Management Guidelines. 
  • These guidelines act as a “textbook” which discusses the recommended approaches, operational practices, and tooling usage we expect each of our Product and Change Implementation teams to follow. 
  • In this role you will be responsible for working with our overall Change Enablement Team (and Leads) to understand upcoming changes to our Product/Change operating environment. 
  • Then working with our Guidelines lead you will draft and revise the needed changes to our Product and Change guidelines. 
  • This will enable our Enablement Change Leads to roll out new changes (using our guidelines as teaching materials) and continue to grow the value and scope of our overall guidelines site

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with technical or user training writing
  • 3+ Product and Agile experience either in a product or transformation coaching role
  • General understanding of technology change management and budgeting processes
  • Proficient in understanding Jira and the Atlassian Tool Suite
  • Strong presentation (PPT) development skills

Job Expectations:

  • Understand upcoming changes to our Product/Change operating environment
  • Work with overall Change Enablement Team (and Leads) to understand upcoming changes to our Product/Change operating environment
  • Draft, revise and enhance the needed changes to our Product and Change guidelines
  • Support technology change management and budgeting processes

Hybrid working model :

  • No of days working from office in a week : 3 out of 5
  • Shift followed : 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST
  • Work location : Bangalore
