Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. A minimum of 8 years in Strategic planning and Business execution.
4+ years of Business Execution, Business Consulting, Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Analytics, Automation. A minimum of 8 years in Python coding & development, Business transformation, developing Alteryx workflows, MIS dashboards and other relevant automation tools.
Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
Hands-on experience with Python development and scripting
Hands-on experience with AI enabled transformation
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced SQL development and data querying experience
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience with Alteryx for workflow automation and analytics
Strong data analysis and data visualization skills
Experience implementing intelligent automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or low-code automation solutions
Experience supporting Banking, Lending, Trust, Wealth Management, or Financial Services operations
Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational excellence methodologies
Experience creating executive dashboards and performance reporting
