Senior Business System Analyst (Coupa)

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   

• Minimum 5 years of Coupa and/or relevant ERP experience like Oracle EBS or NetSuite
• Experience with procure-to-pay or source-to-pay lifecycle requirements and functions
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Skills and Proficiencies:
  • Strong expertise in Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle EBS (especially in procurement and financial modules)
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
  • Experience with Coupa Analytics, Oracle BI, SQL, or other reporting tools
     

It Would Be Great If You Also Had…

• System integration experience: Middleware solutions like Boomi, or Coupa API integrations
• Experience leading system refreshes, upgrades, and/or implementations
• Previous exposure to change management and user adoption strategies
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analytics
• Coupa Certified Professional or Oracle EBS Certification

What You Will Be Doing in This Role

• Configure, customize, and maintain Coupa and Oracle EBS modules, workflows, roles, dashboards, and reports based on business needs
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access controls
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Coupa system performance, integrations, and data processing
• Work closely with Coupa Support and internal teams to resolve escalated tickets
• Monitor and participate in system upgrades, patches and releases, assessing potential impacts and implementing necessary adjustments
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge sharing for troubleshooting recurring issues
• Understand functional business process flows within the systems
• Work across platforms to understand the capabilities and boundaries of the systems to deliver business requirements
• Gather business requirements with clear documentation and translate to development requirements to be completed by our development team.
• Develop competency in navigating and understanding various online platform help documentation to solve business requirements leveraging delivered functionality instead of customization
• Perform data validation and verification to support our QA team
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption of system features and best practices
• Develop reports and dashboards in Coupa to provide actionable insights on spend, supplier performance, and financial reconciliation

Hours of Work  

This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to accommodate meetings with other time zones/regions.

Timings: 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST
