Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts
• Execute test cases to validate system functionality and quality
• Define comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and detailed test scripts
• Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and domain context
• Plan, track, and report on testing activities in alignment with project timelines
• Work with development, product, and other teams to understand functionality, improve test processes, and implement quality best practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Full time graduation degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of testing experience for enterprise-level applications, including developing and implementing effective test plans and test cases within the Software Development Life Cycle
• 2+ years of experience using test management tools such as Application Lifecycle Management and CA Rally
• Experience of working in Agile Development
• Experience in Software Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience of designing Testing Frameworks
• Experience in using test management tools such as CA Rally
• Solid mastery of Microsoft Excel
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills
