The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Client Facing Brokers across all aspects of claims and administration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operational claims services, including claim administration, inquiries, coverage guarantees, and emerging claim cases.
Additionally, you will focus on risk mitigation and maintaining an overview of claims to ensure the delivery of accurate and efficient service. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with insurers regarding claim issues and inquiries, preparing regular reports, and overseeing all administrative processes related to claims.
We will count on you to:
1. Claim Administration
- Manage Claim Operation to deliver accurate service post appointment
- Manage settlement of dispute transactional issues with clients & insurers
- Maintain provider facility to prevent suspension cashless facility
- Manage excess claim, reject claim, ASO fund and claim turnover though timely, correct and updated report by reconcile & record
2. Customer Relation Service Officer
- First contact response for day-to-day operational claim service, for claim administration, claim inquiry, guarantee coverage & claim cases arise
- Provider Claim Operational advocacy for claim status, benefit & term-condition & Policy applied
- Handling 24/7 call helpline and tracking resolution of reported issue
What you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years previous work experience, third party administrator (TPA), insurance, or financial services experience is preferable
- Capability of customer handling both by phone and email
- Ability to interface with colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team
- Comfortable and experience working with technology (solutions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
