You will play a central role in maintaining the stability and performance of our multi-cloud network environment, ensuring consistent operations, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability, stability, and operational health of multi-cloud networking environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Aviatrix
- Operate and maintain Aviatrix Controllers, CoPilot, Transit, Spoke, and segmentation frameworks with a Solid focus on lifecycle management
- Implement and optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability using Aviatrix CoPilot and cloud-native tools
- Lead operational readiness activities including playbooks, runbooks, and change management
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex cloud network incidents
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues across multi-region and hybrid environments
- Conduct post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventative actions
- Cloud Network Engineering & Architecture Support
- Design and implement multi-cloud networking solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, and Aviatrix MCNA
- Configure and manage Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, VPN, BGP, and cross-cloud routing
- Ensure operational consistency of IP routing, segmentation, Zero Trust (ZTNA), and IAM/RBAC
- Automation, IaC & CI/CD
- Build and maintain Terraform IaC modules for cloud and Aviatrix resources
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Terraform, and workflow tools
- Integrate GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
- Security, Governance & Compliance
- Implement cloud security controls and network policy frameworks
- Support audit readiness, configuration drift management, and standards enforcement
- Maintain Firewalls, IAM/RBAC, ZTNA, and segmentation best practices
- Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Lead initiatives to improve reliability, reduce toil, and optimize MTTD/MTTR
- Build KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting mechanisms
- Stay current with cloud networking and Aviatrix technologies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Aviatrix MCNA
- Solid knowledge of IP Routing, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, hybrid connectivity
- Proficiency in Terraform, GitHub, Python, CI/CD, HashiCorp tools including Consul
- Solid understanding of IP routing, Zero Trust, IAM/RBAC, cloud security, IPSEC
- Solid troubleshooting and operational background in large-scale cloud environments
Preferred Qualification:
- Certifications: Aviatrix ACE, AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer, GCP Network Engineer, CCNP, CCIE
