Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer on the PreSales team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in transforming performance goals into visually compelling creative that drives conversions and closes deals.
You’ll shape how creativity fuels revenue by delivering scroll-stopping static and motion design across industries.
This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with sales and clients.

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer with strong motion design capabilities
  
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma
  
• Proven experience designing for digital advertising and performance-driven environments
  
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  
• Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into effective creative solutions
  

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image, video, or motion creation
  
• Background in performance marketing, native advertising, or growth-focused creative teams
  

• Lead end-to-end presale and advertiser-facing design projects, from concept to delivery
  
• Produce high-performing static and motion assets including mockups, ad creatives, short-form video, and animations
  
• Act as a senior point of contact for design requests, prioritizing work and managing expectations
  
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Creative Leadership, and clients to turn briefs into conversion-driven creative
  
• Track and deliver against KPIs such as turnaround time, quality, and CSAT to support revenue goals
  
• Improve workflows and scale output through automation, Gen-AI tools, and emerging creative technology
