What's this job involves

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business lines and support functions. As a Senior Data Analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to property management processes, sales and financial information, and market trends and support decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, along with a solid understanding of basic data science principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive data mining, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and uncover insights that support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven analytical solutions
• Proven ability to operate independently on complex projects and own them end to end
• Proven track record with leveraging product application data to show business value
• Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support decision-making processes
• Utilize predictive modeling techniques to identify patterns and forecast future outcomes
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Present data analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on data analysis techniques and methodologies

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate and consulting settings
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis and programming languages
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Solid understanding of data modeling and database design concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
