We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will take ownership of end-to-end analytics and play a key role in driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.
This is not just a reporting role — you will work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Analyze large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business insights
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems
Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, customer behavior, and operational performance
Develop and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to support decision-making
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems
3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (startup experience preferred)
Strong expertise in SQL (advanced joins, aggregations, query optimization, complex data handling)
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
Working knowledge of Python (data cleaning, basic automation, scripting)
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Someone who goes beyond dashboards and asks “why” behind the data
Ability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations
Strong bias for action and ownership
