Our solution provides data analytics, visualization & data marketplace capabilities while leveraging cloud-based user interface, micro-services, visualization capabilities, SaaS integrations like Azure AD, Google Cloud Platform, Scala, Lens, Splunk, Dynatrace, Cassandra & Snowflake.

Role
Provide support of applications software through programming, analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions. Research alternative technical solutions for changing business needs.
Major Accountabilities:
This job independently executes key elements of projects/processes within the Data Science area by applying in-depth knowledge of their discipline and area best practices to effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur.
Designs, develops, and reviews scalable machine learning models and statistical solutions to address complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Refines and optimizes models through advanced feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and validation to ensure high performance and robustness.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML Engineering, to support model deployment, scaling, and operationalization.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing their work for quality and best practices.
Translates complex data insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership, supporting decision-making and innovation.
Contributes to the development of best practices, standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Documents models, processes, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and ongoing improvement.
May contribute to solution development for new products/services and/or manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within the Data Science area.
All About You
Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or extensive work experience.
4+ Years of Hands-on Software development experience. 2+ years in Software and Data Science field Familiar with DevOps and IT Operations best practices.
Current understanding of best practices regarding application & system security
Experience in data analytics knowledge, experience with ETL, Data Modelling & Pattern analysis is desired.
Willing to learn new technology stack and available to support customer & production environments for issue mitigation.
Need to work with global team and available in different time zones (US, Canada, Dublin, India).
Success with producing high quality project design deliverables and documentation
Strong domain knowledge of Java 8 (or later). Spring Boot knowledge is required.
Experience with databases: Relational & NoSQL
Experience with User interface development framework (Angular preferred)
Thorough and extensive knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
Excellent written and spoken communication
