Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Graphic Design in the corporate world.
- The ability to design within brand guidelines
- The ability to work with project management software such as Workfront or ticketing systems like Jira.
- Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to best practices
- Working knowledge of git and version control systems with asset repositories
- Practical and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Effectively partner and share knowledge with platform developers
- Practical understanding of HTML and CSS
- Awareness of SEO principles and the impact on site architecture, eg. Google readable and mobile friendly
- Good command over verbal and written English communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members
- Practical understanding of design best practices for a website environment for user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX)
- The ability to create accessible content for web
Desirable Skills:
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or scripting languages
- Working knowledge of APIs, not necessarily implementation
- Experience with Verint CMS or similar Community platform
- Previous experience with managing or engaging with an online Community for welcoming, recruitment, advocacy and gamification
- Experience working with development teams and Jira ticketing system
- Designing assets for social media platforms (eg twitter, youtube) and e-mail distribution
- Desktop publishing for printed documentation
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain website landing page and content within the Verint CMS platform.
Manage workloads and communicate within project management software.
Input of new ideas and design to improve the visibility of our site.
Communicate with stakeholders regarding deliverables and requirements for creatives.
Creatively design assets to market and advertise programs, content and products within brand guidelines effectively.
Maintain and document best processes and practices for day to day working.
Other duties as assigned.

Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.

Work Experience:
3+ Years Experience with a bachelor’s degree in a corporate graphics and web design role
Experience within online CMS in a paid or volunteer role with graphics and web design.
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Preferable certifications in web standards and creative design from governing bodies.
A demonstratable design and website portfolio is required.
