- Define and develop technical standards
- Review and understand requirements documentation developed during analysis
- Collaborate on technical solution design
- Review and provide guidance/feedback to analysts within the same team/area on proposed design
- Create/finetune/challenge standards and patterns
- Design and execute technical performance, application integration (interface) and unit testing during development cycle
- Develop and execute automated test cases for applications
- Assist in testing to validate and provide operating controls to ensure development requirements are satisfied
- In accordance with our Lean organization's commitment to continuous improvement, help improve our processes
- Will be responsible for analyzing high-level business processes and requirements
- Participate in project quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code reviews
- Challenge processes and provide input to streamline change management process as a whole.
- Provide risk management expertise.
- Will escalate to vendor.
- Ability to present and communicate to executive leadership audiences, emphasizing business benefit
- SME for current technology developments and trends in our team's current technology stacks
Mandatory / Preferred Skills:
- 6+ Years of IBP experience across all modules. Preferably in CPG, Pharma or Energy sectors (S&OP, Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, Deployment), Previous experience with SAP APO a plus.
- Experience with Demand Sensing. Production, Deployment and Inventory Optimization a plus
- Ability to translate business requirements in to technical design architecture
- Ability to navigate quarterly upgrade documentation from SAP and define appropriate use cases that apply to business needs
- Ability to configure and deploy at all levels of IBP development including key figures, models, and CPI-DS integrations
- Knowledge of S4/HANA BAPIs/BADIs as it pertains to IBP integrations
