• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop high quality application components to meet our Business needs - BPM components, database components, services, web services, APIs  
• Ability to review functional requirements and determine the type of integration work that is needed based on the requirements 
• Apply the best pattern to use for each integration scenario to gain the best performance, reusability and maintainability 
• Support the processes, standards, and tools to enable system integration development and support 
• Support the processes that ensure application availability and manage the application life cycle for the Middleware and related applications 
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams
• Collaborate with business partners, technology, and architecture teams 

• QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software required.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills (Oral and Written)
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the design, development, and support of integration platform required.
• 5 to 8 Years integrating systems with third-party service vendors preferred.
• 5 to 8 Years of experience on webMethods Support and Development preferred.
• 1-2 Years of UNIX or Linux system administration support preferred.
• Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts preferred.
• Experience with Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, such as Workday, Salesforce.com, Success Factors and Single-Sign On (SSO) approaches preferred.
• Experience in developing solutions for EDI/B2B/BPM implementations.
• Experience developing/implementing SOAP/REST Web Services.

• GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience working with webMethods environment in AWS cloud.
• Experience with other middleware/integration platforms preferred.
• Experience in Agile methodology using tools like Azure DevOps. preferred.
• CI/CD Automation experience preferred.
• Driven, self-motivated, able to work using sound judgment & professionalism  
• Support the existing infrastructure and integrations platform
• Contribute to operational excellence with continuous improvement/automation activities.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews to assess the new development is done as per standards
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, design, implementation, business impact analysis, vulnerability assessment and contingency planning
• Open to learn and support multiple technologies
• Ability to work remotely off hours and during scheduled activities 
• Onsite-offshore experience desirable
