We are excited to invite a passionate and experienced Senior Python Developer to enhance applications, develop backend systems, and integrate cutting-edge GenAI technologies into our applications. This full-time role is located in our state-of-the-art Bangalore office.
Your Responsibilities
· You develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and API frameworks like FastAPI.
· You integrate and use innovative technologies such as generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, PydanticAI, etc. into both existing and new applications to stay ahead of the technological curve.
· You implement containerized software solutions to streamline our development and deployment processes.
· You work in an agile product team collaborating with developers and product owner to refine and implement solutions and owning the service you and your team provide.
· You implement and maintain automated tests to enable continuous delivery.
· You work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs and improve application features
· You participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
· You stay at the forefront of generative AI technologies, particularly LLM advancements, and bring cutting-edge solutions.
What We’re Looking For
· You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong portfolio of completed projects
· You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· You have strong proficiency with APIs – integrating, providing and consuming
· You like to collaborate and align with your team to identify and implement the best solution.
· You understood and practice Agile Software Development, have an open mindset for ideation, MVPs and POCs as well as driving solutions that bring value for the users.
· You may have experience with Azure or similar cloud environments and their AI resources, including retrieval systems, vector databases, Generative AI evaluation frameworks, etc...
· You have experience in developing LLM use cases such as conversational agents, document summarization, content generation, and more, and deploying LLM models in production, ensuring they meet the specific needs of client use cases.
· You enjoy being in constant learning in the industry of generative AI and agents.
· You follow a results-oriented approach with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
· You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage.
