What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.
You will:
Analyze validation requirements for Dell PowerEdge and AI servers, focusing on hardware and firmware integration validation.
Design and implement intelligent test automation using AI and agentic tools to accelerate validation cycles.
Execute hands-on testing on x86 / ARM based systems, configure systems, identify and report defects, and deliver detailed diagnostics.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance test coverage and improve product quality.
Utilize AI to extract insights from design specs and documentation, driving proactive validation and better customer outcomes.

Essential Requirements
5–9 years of industry experience in developing automation and hands-on in exploring AI/agentic tools to enhance validation efficiency.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI API, RAG, Hugging Face).
Experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 years focused on agentic or autonomous systems, deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and cognitive architectures, proven expertise.
In-depth knowledge in BIOS, FPGA and BMC areas. Working knowledge on x86 and ARM architectures.
Desirable Requirements
Proficient in server hardware, GPU-accelerated systems, and operating systems including RHEL, Ubuntu, and Windows.
Experience with industry-standard protocols such as I2C, IPMI, and Redfish for server management.
