Job DescriptionThis Role
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to establish and drive our infrastructure automation capability from the ground up. This greenfield opportunity will see you define the frameworks, standards, and tooling used to provision, deploy, and operate both cloud and on-premises environments, including new AI infrastructure. You will champion an automation-first approach, replacing manual processes with scalable, repeatable solutions while providing technical leadership, influencing best practices, and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- You'll design and implement DevOps frameworks, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and orchestration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- You'll evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency, reliability, consistency, and scalability.
- You'll build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), version-controlled environments, and CI/CD pipelines incorporating automated testing, security checks, and deployment practices.
- You'll embed security and compliance into automation through secure secrets management, access controls, governance, and best-practice operational standards.
- You'll support containerized and GPU-accelerated AI platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, lead root cause analysis, document architectural decisions, and mentor engineers in DevOps best practices.

About You
- You have desirable experience with AI infrastructure, including bare-metal Kubernetes deployments, NVIDIA GPU technologies (CUDA, Container Toolkit, GPU Operator), NVIDIA AI Enterprise solutions (NIM, Triton Inference Server, TensorRT), vLLM, GPU workload orchestration platforms, container runtimes, and monitoring and observability for GPU workloads.
- You have a proven track record of implementing DevOps frameworks and automation solutions within infrastructure-heavy environments, ideally in greenfield, transformation, or modernization programs.
- You demonstrate an automation-first mindset, with extensive experience using Infrastructure-as-Code, configuration management, CI/CD tooling, scripting, Git, branching strategies, and artifact management to replace manual processes with scalable, repeatable solutions.
- You possess strong Linux systems administration expertise, solid networking fundamentals, hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes, and a sound understanding of security best practices in automated environments.
- You are an effective communicator who can engage stakeholders, influence technical direction, document standards, and collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and DevOps adoption.
