As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Design, build, evolve, and maintain the foundational frontend ecosystem and underlying tools used to build amazing product experiences

Deliver high quality frontend code with a against deadlines

Influence the direction of Flagright’s Frontend products and engineering culture
-
Own and drive changes that increase the productivity of customers working on frontend applications
-
Work with your teammates to own and innovate on the frontend development experience

Collaborate closely with the founding team and designers to deliver a great experience for people using your team’s products
Requirements:
-
At least 3 years of experience as a frontend engineer. We prefer 5+.

Ability to write high quality code, and is willing to work outside frontend technologies
-
Experience and interest in building frontend systems from scratch
-
Pride in owning projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems
-
Ability to make high quality UX & UI decisions without clear requirements and wireframes
-
A high standard, of themselves and the people they work with

A passion for design and user experience

Strong and transparent English communication skills

Fourth interview with our Founding Product Designer (1 hour, Behavioural). This step is a deep dive into your past experience to understand your thought process. The session is moderated by Madhu.
