We are building world-class agentic AI applications, developer dashboards, and intelligent product experiences designed for IT and DevOps teams to deploy lean AI systems that streamline testing, monitoring, and compliance while significantly reducing costs and improving efficiency.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer (SD3/SD4), you will own the frontend architecture end-to-end, ensuring our interfaces are performant, scalable, and delightful to use. You will drive the quality bar for UI/UX, shape the evolution of our frontend stack, and work closely with product and platform teams to translate complex agentic workflows into intuitive, high-clarity user experiences.
This role goes far beyond “just React coding.”
We are looking for an engineer with deep frontend expertise, architectural thinking, and an ability to build systems—not just screens. You will mentor other developers, contribute to strategic product decisions, and play a key role in defining how modern AI-powered DevOps products should look, feel, and perform.
Own the frontend architecture and implementation of complex modules
Build scalable design systems and component libraries
Drive performance optimization across rendering, bundling, caching
Make key decisions around state management, routing, microfrontends, etc.
Enable smooth integration of backend APIs, websockets, and real-time features
Build high-quality user interfaces using modern frameworks (React/Next.js)
Convert complex product requirements into elegant front-end solutions
Maintain high standards of UI/UX consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness
Lead frontend releases with clear risk planning and testing strategy
Ensure systems are secure, accessible, and follow global best practices
Mentor SD1/SD2 frontend engineers
Work closely with CTO and Product designers to create pixel-perfect experiences
Collaborate with backend engineers on API design
Participate in HLD/LLD discussions from a frontend perspective
Help establish coding standards, linting, testing, and build best practices
Expert in React (hooks, lifecycle, performance patterns)
Strong experience with Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks
Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Advanced state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, Jotai, MobX)
Component-driven UI development
Skilled at building reusable, accessible components
Strong understanding of rendering, hydration, CSR vs SSR vs SSG
Experience with design systems (Chakra, Material UI, etc) or custom libraries
Familiarity with microfrontends, module federation, and large-scale SPA patterns
Expertise in web security: XSS, CSRF, CORS
Understanding of async patterns, promises, generators, and workers
Bundle size analysis and reduction
Code splitting, lazy loading, prefetching
Browser performance profiling
Optimizing paint/repaint cycles
Achieving <100ms interactions and <1s loading times
Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright
Webpack/Vite/Rollup/Babel
CI/CD for frontend apps
Strong experience with Git, PR workflows, and developer tooling
(Not required but beneficial)
Experience integrating AI/LLM features into frontend UI
Worked with chat interfaces, tool-calling UIs, agent execution visualizers
Familiarity with OpenAI/HuggingFace APIs
Understanding of vector search UX patterns (semantic search frontends)
Built AI dashboards, monitoring tools, or playgrounds
Knowledge of prompt engineering for UI-driven workflows

Architectural decisions that scale across modules and teams
Strong mentorship impact on junior and mid-level frontend engineers
